Your images, project files, and filament settings are processed locally on this device.

Photos & Files

When you choose an image or import a project, Filament Painting uses that content only to generate previews, project files, and STL exports on your device.

The app does not upload selected photos, STL files, project files, or custom filament records to a server.

Local Storage

Custom filament records, owned/deleted filament preferences, and saved project files are stored locally so your workspace is available between launches.

Secure .fpproj files are encrypted with a key stored in the device keychain, so they are intended to be opened by the installation that created them.

Purchases

Subscription purchases and restores are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Filament Painting checks the App Store entitlement to unlock Color Match and commercial license features.

Tracking

The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or account login in the reviewed codebase.
